New Road Bridge Construction Well Underway
A major milestone is currently being delivered with the construction of the new road bridge by CHAP Construction. This key piece of infrastructure will improve access throughout the estate and forms an important part of the wider development, helping to connect future homes, businesses and amenities.
With favourable weather conditions supporting progress, work on the new section of road is also advancing well, alongside extensive site preparation works at the East Lodge site. These infrastructure improvements represent another important step in bringing the long-term vision for Ury Estate to life.
Investment in Ury Golf Course
Alongside the wider development, significant investment is also being made to enhance the golf course.
Specialist contractors are currently onsite installing new drainage and irrigation systems, creating a stronger foundation for year-round course conditions. These essential upgrades will improve both the resilience and playability of the course, ensuring it continues to offer an outstanding experience for members and visitors alike.
